you never see it coming, do you? (well, i didn't!) someone very close to me is struggling with depression. i'm thankful they're receiving treatment, but it's gonna take time...
its horrible to watch, but you've just gotta try and head them in the right direction... anyone know how to get to Hope Street?

My husband has someone in his extended family struggling with depression too. The hardest part seems to be getting them to a point where they realise they might need a helping hand. Very hard.
I don't know much about depression but doing something every day that makes you happy is worthwhile. check out

Thanks for the heads up Charmaine, have gone across to check out the website and The Happiness Project sounds wonderful. Going to order it on amazon tonight :) Nicolex
I have a very close friend suffering from Bipolar (depression). She is so creative, it just overloads her, it's like she's on a bottle of red cordial from the minute she gets up. It's a real battle for her, she just doesn't stop, but she's getting there with support from specialists and medication. It affects different people in different ways. I do worry about her though....Terese
