check out our little box of goodies:
the box comes all ready-to-grow, and it lives in our garage (dark and cool) and gets a light spray of water every morning. and wallah! 3 weeks later we're eating mushrooms for dinner every night...all mushroom recipe comments gladly appreciated :)

I am ver jealous. I bought a mushroom box and kept it in the garage, nice and moist, but the whole thing was a dud!
I think it may have something to do with sitting on the shelf at Bunnings for too long...
Ooooh, we've just been given one of those boxes and I can't wait to start it. I don't have any specific mushroom recipes per se, but I'm certainly thinking mushroom risotto, mushroom & feta pasta, homemade pizzas....aahhh, now I'm getting hungry!!!
